1. Booking Terms and Condition:
By booking or participating in any tour or related products or services with Company (“EcoDventure “or the “Tour Operator”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
The Terms and Conditions displayed below are very important for the booking procedure. We strongly recommend you to read our Terms and Conditions set out below prior to booking a trip with us. By booking an adventure trip with EcoDventure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to bind by our Terms.
These general terms and conditions apply between EcoDventure and a party who enters into an agreement with EcoDventure in accordance with the booking confirmation (the guest). The agreement may apply to accommodation, travel, the purchase of other products or services or a combination of these.
2. Booking Contract:
Your booking is confirmed and a new contract is placed when the Tour Operator (TEcoDventure) issues a written confirmation after the receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check the confirmation mail or report to the authorised Tour Operator in case of any issues. Please ensure that the name of the person is correct as in the passport.
You thereby agree to provide full, complete and accurate personal information to the Tour Operator. We, EcoDventure reserve the right to protect your personal information and do not give to any third parties.
3. Booking on Behalf of Others:
By booking on behalf of other participants, you agree to be the designated contact person for every participant included in that booking. This means you will be solely responsible for making all the payments in connection with the Tour Operator or cancellations made by your party.
4. Required Medical Information:
You must provide all medical information as requested by EcoDventure and may be required to fill the Tour Operator’s medical information form. Please ensure to add correct personal information. Medical Forms are offered for certain tours. You need to complete the Medical Form and disclose all relevant medical information accurately. EcoDventure reserves the right to ask for further information when necessary.
If you don’t fill the Medical Form or comply with the basic rules, your booking will be cancelled by the Tour Operator. The Tour Operator is not responsible for anything that happens to you.
5. Special Requirements:
Any special requirements should be intimated to the Tour Operator at the time of booking. EcoDventure will make its best efforts to accommodate special requirements or requests made by the guests. Certain requirements may not be fulfilled as because of the destination and availability options. All kind of food allergy and dietary restrictions must be disclosed to the Tour Operator at the time of booking. EcoDventure does not offer guarantee for the dietary needs or restrictions.
6. Age Requirements:
Anyone under the age of 18 will be treated as minor. Minors should be accompanied with an adult. Bookings for the minor will be taken only if accompanied with parent, guardian or any other person who is responsible for the minor. The Tour Operator does not offer care services for minors from the start till the end of the trip. But still with written letter from their parents or guardian can be accepted.
7. Deposit:
At the time of booking, you are requested to deposit an amount to the Tour Operator. EcoDventure will advise in the payment process and sent a confirmation letter once the booking is made. Please make sure to drop a mail to info@ecodventure.com in case of any doubts regarding your booking. 100% advance payment must be done in prior to the event.
8. Details required for booking:
As a condition of booking, you are required to provide all the details requested by the Tour Operator along with final payment. If you fail to provide the necessary information, you will be liable to pay an extra fee for the losses incurred. The Tour Operator will not be responsible for any fees that you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or incomplete information you have provided.
9. Final payment and Acceptance of booking:
EcoDventure will send you details of final payment required for the booking. You need to pay the balance amount and confirm the booking with the Tour Operator. Any change in the dates of the tour or name of persons can be addressed to info@digitalgrowthify.com
10. Cancellation:
You may cancel your booking by sending an intimation letter to Tour Operator. Drop a mail at info@Ecodventure.com or visit the office. Please note that cancellation charges will be levied on the guest.
EcoDventure shall not be held liable for (A) any damage to, or loss of property or injury to, or death of persons occurs directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any other provider and (B) any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders, or interpositions of any government or any subdivision or agent thereof, or by acts of God, strikes, fire, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond their control.
11. Indemnity:
EcoDventure accepts the liability for your travel/camp arrangements, which are wholly within our control and therefore, we accept the liability to clients/travelers for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw a clear attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.
EcoDventure, in not accountable for circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused;
EcoDventure is unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and any Government rules and regulations, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
