1. Cancellation by Customer:

If you want to cancel your trip with us, you must notify us at earliest via email or Whatsapp us. Once we receive your notice, the cancellation process with take upshot. Please note that the following cancellation charges will apply :

* 100% will be refunded, if cancelled 30 days before trip embarks.

* 75% will be refunded, if cancelled 15 days before trip embarks.

* 50% will be refunded, if cancelled 7 days before trip embarks.

* No cancellation allowed or encouraged, less than 7 days before trip embarks.

* In case of adverse weather conditions, considering the Safety of the participants and reach-ability of the location, itinerary is subjective to change.

* Tent N Trek reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment. we would require atleast 5 participants to make the event happen. We will not be responsible for the Flight/Transportation cancellation charges.

* Any other expenses other than the inclusions or personal expenses to be borne by the participants themselves.

2. Cancellation by EcoDventure:

Tent N Trek reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable, in that case the full booking amount will be refunded to the customer in the same bank account used for booking.

3. Time Taken For Refund:

Refund will be credited back to the customer withing 5-7 working days.

4. No Refund Criteria:

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
